• Read and comprehend Ada programming language.
• Utilize and navigate development environments for Ada.
• Run and manage debugger-level projects in Ada.
• Understand and maintain legacy code bases.
• Conduct thorough code reviews.
• Adapt to ambiguous environments and tasks efficiently.
• Meet project deadlines consistently.
• Communicate proactively with team members.

Essential Skills

• Reading knowledge of Ada.
• Active security clearance.
• Expert-level experience in C/C++.
• Strong code review skills.
• Proactive communication style.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with using code agents (e.g., cursor, Claude code) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python is advantageous.
• Experience in the Aviation industry is a plus.
