Compensation: $184,336 – $249,395 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead development of patient engagement and consumer marketing strategies for a prostate cancer therapy
- Develop understanding of patient and care partner journeys to identify unmet needs
- Translate insights into measurable education and awareness initiatives
- Manage an integrated learning agenda across market research and campaign performance
- Lead agency strategy, content development, and budget management
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Oversee launch readiness for future lifecycle opportunities
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing or commercial experience, or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience in patient engagement and consumer marketing
- Oncology or specialty care experience preferred
- Experience leading integrated marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of patient journeys and advocacy ecosystems
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
