Job Description:This is not a direct employment opportunity with Koncept Offshore - it’s a partnership model designed for experienced recruiters and recruitment agencies.

At Koncept Offshore, we help UK businesses grow by building dedicated offshore teams from our offices in India and the Philippines. We manage recruitment, HR, payroll, and office space, while the client manages their staff directly.

We’re now partnering with recruiters who want to:

Offer clients a new and highly cost-effective staffing solution

Earn lucrative, recurring revenue streams on every placement

Build long-term client relationships with an expanded service offering

Receive UK placement enquiries in their area (we don’t handle domestic recruitment)
