As a Staff Applied ML Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and deploying Generative AI, LLM, and advanced ML systems that power real-world personalization at scale. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge problems and see your work directly impact millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning models for large-scale personalization and recommendation systems.
• Develop scalable ML architectures and end-to-end pipelines for training and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with research, product, and engineering teams to translate ideas into production-ready systems.
• Work hands-on to optimize inference, data pipelines, and distributed training environments.
• Contribute to strategic decisions around model performance, evaluation, and deployment frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling AI/ML models in production (ideally involving LLMs or multimodal systems).
• Strong foundation in Python, data pipeline design, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Experience with vector databases, data orchestration tools, and cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or similar).
• Background in Generative AI, RLHF, or LLM fine-tuning is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
