This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Inside Sales Business Development Representative. This role is crucial for driving growth by identifying and qualifying enterprise-level prospects in various sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, and more. The ideal candidate will connect with C-suite decision makers and navigate complex sales processes. By bridging the gap between marketing and sales, this position contributes significantly to accelerating new business opportunities and expanding our presence in key markets. Accountabilities

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through strategic outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with executive-level contacts including CIOs and COOs.
  • Qualify prospects and collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns.
  • Research each prospect’s business model to personalize outreach.
  • Coordinate with field sales for high-quality first meetings.
  • Maintain pipeline and activity reporting in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly metrics for qualified meetings.
  • Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development or inside sales experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Knowledge of hospital logistics or manufacturing material handling industries is preferred.
  • Proven success engaging C-suite executives and multi-stakeholder buying groups.
  • Experience supporting long sales cycles with strategic persistence.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and disciplined work ethic.
