Remote R Programmer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal R Programmer - REMOTE. This role is crucial for supporting clinical PK/PD studies by leveraging advanced programming skills and statistical analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate with a dedicated team to transform raw clinical trial data into meaningful insights. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while also focusing on data integrity and quality. Your expertise will play a significant role in enhancing the productivity of our clinical programming group while providing training to fellow programmers. Accountabilities

• Data preparation and cleaning of raw clinical trial data for PK/PD analysis.
• Writing R or Rmarkdown code for descriptive and statistical analysis of PK/PD data.
• Creating visualizations such as graphs and tables to communicate findings.
• Ensuring CDISC compliance for regulatory submissions.
• Performing validation checks on programming code and analysis results.
• Identifying issues and developing tools to enhance efficiency within the programming group.
• Providing training to team members on software tools and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Stats, Computer Science, or similar.
• 7+ years of industrial experience.
• Advanced R programming skills including tidyverse, ggplot2, Markdown, Quarto, Shiny.
• Knowledge of CDISC standards (SEND, SDTM, and ADaM).
• Desire and experience in clinical PK/PD concepts.
• Proficiency in data visualization and presentation for stakeholders.
• Capability of advanced modeling and statistical procedures.
• Strong hands-on experience in clinical trial data analysis.
• Professional, self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and a commitment to learning.
