This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Learning & Development - REMOTE. In this role, you will lead the charge in designing and implementing a global learning strategy aimed at enhancing the leadership and technical capabilities of our workforce. Your contributions will help shape impactful training programs and leadership initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement. This is an individual contributor role that requires exceptional influence and adaptability. Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement a global learning strategy focusing on enhancing leadership and technical capabilities.
  • Lead the design and facilitation of leadership development programs across global teams.
  • Create and improve technical training programs that drive functional excellence.
  • Execute organizational learning initiatives that enable a successful AI transformation.
  • Ensure the accessibility of high-quality learning resources for all employees.
  • Align learning initiatives with career architecture and competency frameworks.
  • Present program outcomes and insights to executive leadership.
  • Engage learners at all levels using strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate to identify skill gaps and propose innovative training solutions.
  • Manage and enhance the corporate internship program for early-career talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) design and administration.
  • Proven track record in developing and leading leadership training programs.
  • Ability to create learning experiences for diverse global audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of career architecture and organizational development.
  • Exemplifies core organizational values of collaboration and innovation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
