This role offers the opportunity to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of comprehensive learning programs that drive employee growth and organizational capability. You will manage blended learning initiatives, including instructor-led sessions, digital coursework, and experiential development, creating structured learning journeys that support career progression and leadership development. The position involves close collaboration with instructional designers, business leaders, and HR partners to ensure learning programs are engaging, consistent, and impactful. You will oversee project management for multiple initiatives, leveraging learning technology to deliver scalable solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented professional passionate about building effective learning experiences that foster both individual and organizational success. Accountabilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of blended learning programs combining instructor-led, virtual, digital, and experiential formats
- Design and manage learning pathways and journeys that connect programs into clear development experiences for employees and leaders
- Partner with Talent Management, HR, and business leaders to ensure programs align with career growth, leadership development, and workforce capability needs
- Lead operational planning, project management, and coordination of learning initiatives to ensure quality, consistency, and measurable impact
- Collaborate with instructional designers, facilitators, and LMS administrators to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences
- Continuously evaluate, refine, and improve learning programs based on feedback, engagement metrics, and organizational priorities
- Support onboarding, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives across multiple teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting learning programs, talent development, or organizational development initiatives
- Demonstrated experience designing and managing blended learning programs across multiple delivery formats
- Experience implementing and leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning approaches
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
