About the role

This role supports enterprise teams by transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with Agile teams to design dashboards and analytics that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver data visualizations and reports using Power BI

• Prepare, clean, and transform data through ETL processes

• Write and optimize queries using SQL

• Develop and maintain measures using DAX

• Analyze trends and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders

• Collaborate with teams operating in Agile / SAFe / Scrum / Kanban environments

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (required)

• Advanced proficiency in SQL (required)

• Strong working knowledge of DAX (required)

• Experience with ETL, data preparation, and data modeling

• Familiarity with SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban metrics and reporting
