Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for demonstrating, implementing and configuring the HighQ & Legal Tracker platforms, and other solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, design and build solutions, and provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions to clients. 

Responsibilities: 

- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements for HighQ & Legal Tracker platform implementations and integrations. 

- Design and configure HighQ & Legal Tracker platform solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring optimal system performance and usability. 

- Customize and extend the HighQ & Legal Tracker platform using APIs, workflows, and integrations with other systems. 

- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation process, ensuring successful project delivery. 

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.  

- Conduct training sessions and workshops with clients to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the HighQ & Legal Tracker platforms. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions. 

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Thomson Reuters platform technology and provide recommendations for process improvements. 

- Document technical specifications, configurations, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing. 

- Deliver all other technical implementation services either internal or external as directed from time to time 

Requirements: 

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

- Proven experience in implementing and configuring either the HighQ or Legal Tracker platform (candidates with experience on both preferred) and other solutions within the legal domain. 

- Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and integrations. 

- Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. 

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams. 

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within project timelines. 

- Knowledge of legal industry workflows and processes is a plus.
