Job Description
Join a dynamic start-up experiencing significant growth in the UK FMCG space. Our team is known for spreading passion for high-quality food, focused on beans. As an Operations Executive, you'll play a vital role in managing the supply chain to ensure consistent availability for our diverse customer base, including grocery retailers, independent stores, and direct-to-consumer customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Management: Place supplier orders, manage relationships with partner warehouses, and oversee deliveries and import logistics.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels across warehouses and coordinate UK-wide deliveries.
- Customer Service: Oversee orders from independent retailers from receipt to delivery.
- Operations: Manage SKU creation, maintain new line forms, and track availability for internal staff ordering.
- E‑Commerce: Update and maintain products on online platforms, including website edits and stockist maps.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor key metrics through weekly and monthly sales, stock, and breakage reports.
- Communication: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Projects: Source new partners and improve international logistics as we expand geographically; implement tools to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative tasks; support marketing by sourcing new products for the webshop.

- Excellent Communicator: Skilled in verbal and written communication both internally and externally.

Experience & Skills:
- Experience in customer order processing and outsourced warehouse management.
- Familiarity with working with outsourced manufacturers.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
- Experience with UK major retailers is beneficial.
- Prior start-up experience is advantageous.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.
