We're seeking a Project Manager/Producer to help scale InnSæi—courses that reconnect people with their intuition and inner compass. If you thrive on bringing ideas to life while building authentic connections, this is your opportunity to do work that truly matters.

What You'll Do

Help lead end-to-end course creation and launches—from production to marketing to community engagement. You'll architect smart automation systems, orchestrate digital campaigns, and ensure every touchpoint feels genuine and transformational.

You're Our Person If You Have:

Proven track record in project management for digital education or content

Marketing chops: designed and executed online campaigns with measurable results

Technical fluency: Zapier, MailerLite (or similar), LMS platforms, WordPress, LearnDash, Google Suite

Ownership mentality: self-directed, detail-obsessed, follow-through guaranteed

People magic: natural relationship-builder who creates meaningful experiences

Language skills: fluent English (more languages = bonus points!)

The Setup:

Fully remote or 3 days per week (CET-adjacent time zones preferred)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee processes and workflows, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating resources, managing logistics, supervising project inspections, and expediting as needed to ensure smooth project execution. The successful candidate will also collaborate with stakeholders to address any challenges and maintain project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and practices
• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor activities to ensure timely project execution
• Experience in Inspection processes, including quality assurance and adherence to standards
• Expertise in Logistics Management to coordinate resources and optimize supply chain workflows
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
