🧠 The Opportunity

We’re working with a global SaaS organisation that’s scaling their analytics function and need a Data Analyst to join on a contract basis. You’ll take the lead on stakeholder requests, drive exploratory and predictive analysis, and help shape the strategic direction of product and revenue operations.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Translate business questions into data problems and produce clear, actionable insights
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker, Power BI, or similar BI tools
• Use SQL and Snowflake (or similar data warehouses) to access and transform data
• Partner with data engineers to get the right data into the pipeline
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical teams
• Support a SaaS business model with analytics across Product (feature usage), Revenue (ARR/MRR), and Support (Zendesk ticket data)
• Lead root cause analysis and support predictive analytics initiatives

✅ What You Bring

• 2+ years' experience as a Data Analyst or Senior Analyst, ideally within a SaaS or product-led company
• Strong SQL and BI tool experience (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Comfortable working independently with stakeholders to define analysis needs and guide data interpretation
• Proven experience translating vague business problems into structured data investigations
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with:
• Zendesk ticketing data
• Product analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Pendo)
• Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
• Python for light automation or data prep
• AI/LLM experience or embedding data pipelines
