Infoser New Technologies is looking for a Mid-Level PMO Analyst to support ongoing business and technology initiatives in an international environment.
The selected candidate will support project tracking, reporting, coordination, management presentations, financial follow-up, and data analysis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and analytical skills, solid Excel knowledge, and the ability to translate management needs into structured actions and clear project documentation.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented profile who can work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring visibility, alignment, and effective follow-up across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project tracking, reporting, and coordination activities
- Prepare clear and structured status updates for management
- Assist in executive presentations, project summaries, and decision-support materials
- Translate management needs into actionable tasks and structured follow-up plans
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones
- Support financial follow-up, budget tracking, cost analysis, and reporting
- Work with data to provide accurate project insights and management information
- Maintain project documentation, action logs, and meeting minutes
- Ensure alignment between business needs and project execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for timely information flow
- Contribute to governance routines and reporting cycles
- Identify gaps, risks, or deviations and escalate when needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in PMO, project coordination, project assistant, consulting, or similar roles
- Strong stakeholder understanding and ability to structure management needs
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear actions and plans
- Solid Excel skills for data analysis, tracking, and financial follow-up
- Good numerical skills and comfort working with budgets and project data
- Strong presentation skills for management-level materials
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent English (required)Nice to Have
- German and Spanish
- Experience in international environments
- Exposure to technology, IT, or transformation projects
- Experience with executive reporting or management dashboards
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, or Power BI
- Experience in financial reporting or cost tracking
