Role overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Designer who understands how great design drives business growth and shapes perception. You’re a full-stack creative—comfortable working across a wide range of disciplines from graphic and brand design to motion, web, and campaigns. You’re not just a doer, but a strategic thinker who can help us elevate our brand, tell compelling stories, and create standout visuals across every touchpoint.
This is a multidisciplinary role for someone with a strong background in building and evolving brands, particularly in fast-moving environments. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership to deliver design work that’s not only beautiful but impactful.
You’ll be reporting to the Head of Brand & Communications, and collaborating with our Marketing Designer.
What you’ll be doing:
As Senior Marketing Designer, you’ll help shape Infloww as the go-to luxury brand in the creator economy space. You’ll play a crucial role in exciting design projects, working independently while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work dynamic.
- Lead the creative direction of the Infloww brand across all marketing channels (digital, video, social, email, and paid channels)
- Create visually engaging, performance-orientated still and video assets
- Design and execute web pages on Framer
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate strategy into high-converting creatives
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Contribute to creative ideation for campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives
- Work with product and performance marketers to A/B test creative and iterate based on results
What you bring:
- 5+ years in marketing, brand, or graphic design
- Strong design fundamentals, consistent brand application across channels, and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency with design tools like Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, etc.
- Strong knowledge of video editing principles and software
- Experience with digital formats like landing pages, paid media, and funnel-related assets
- Understanding of user behaviours, attention hierarchy, and calls to action
- Proven track record of strategic design work tied to go-to-market initiatives
