As the IT Project Manager, you will guide technology programmed, manage project timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and support cross-functional collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, product, and operational teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects from initiation to delivery.
- Develop project timelines, resource plans, and risk assessments.
- Ensure alignment between Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, and Operations teams.
- Monitor project progress and maintain structured reporting practices.
- Support technical teams with clear communication, documentation, and prioritization.
- Facilitate project workshops, planning sessions, and progress reviews.
- Manage project changes, dependencies, and escalation paths.
- Work closely with IT leadership to evaluate project outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, security requirements, and organizational standards.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Project Management within technology-focused environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Experience supporting software development, IT infrastructure projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to work with technical teams and interpret engineering or infrastructure requirements.
- Skilled in project planning tools and documentation practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional, remote teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile qualifications are beneficial.

Strategic Support
- Support IT leadership in long-term planning, capacity discussions, and prioritization.
- Provide insights into project status, resource needs, and technical considerations.
- Contribute to improvement efforts around project governance and delivery methods.
- Participate in planning cycles and support multi-team coordination for upcoming initiatives.
Working Conditions
- Remote role based in Berlin, Germany, open to candidates across EU time zones.
- Occasional travel for workshops, planning sessions, and cross-team meetings when required.
- Work involves coordination with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, and Operations groups.
- Engagement with distributed teams across Europe.
