The role:

We’re looking for a Webflow Developer who’s ambitious, creative, and up for a challenge.

This is not a role for someone who just wants tickets and silence. You’ll be designing in Figma, building immersive Webflow sites using the Client-First framework, and working closely with our clients and us.

You’ll be given responsibility early, space to grow fast, and the chance to level up your skills across design, build, and client work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing layouts and components in Figma
• Building responsive Webflow websites using the Client-First framework
• Creating immersive experiences with interactions and motion
• Setting up clean, scalable CMS structures
• Collaborating directly with our team and clients across different time zones
• Improving and evolving existing Webflow builds
• Sharing ideas and pushing back when something can be done better

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience building real websites in Webflow
• Comfortable using the Client-First framework
• Confident designing and collaborating in Figma
• Strong eye for layout, spacing, hierarchy, and UX
• Someone who communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating
• Proactive, curious, and eager to grow quickly
• Not afraid to ask questions or challenge decisions

This role is not for you if:

• You prefer to work silently and avoid communication
• You only want to “build what you’re told.”
• You’re not interested in improving your design or UX skills
• You’re looking for slow-paced, low-impact work

Salary:

• £30,000 to £45,000 per year

(Scope to grow quickly based on performance.)
