We're hiring two Performance Leads.
One with a Paid Search background.
One with a Paid Social background.`
This opportunity is with a growing independent agency that believes performance marketing should start with the business problem, not the platform.
They're looking for marketers who think beyond campaign metrics and ask bigger questions:
- Why is growth slowing?
- Is this a media problem, a creative problem, or a conversion problem?
- Where should the next dollar actually be invested?
If you naturally zoom out before diving into an ad account, you'll fit right in.
The Opportunity
You'll lead performance strategy for a portfolio of ambitious brands while remaining close enough to the work to understand what drives results.
Working directly with founders and clients, you'll help businesses grow through a combination of media, creative thinking, experimentation and commercial insight.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving growth challenges as much as managing campaigns.
What you'll be doing
- Leading performance strategy across either Search or Social
- Owning client relationships and acting as a strategic advisor
- Managing and optimising campaigns across your channel
- Identifying growth opportunities beyond media buying
- Collaborating across creative, CRO and broader marketing initiatives
- Building testing frameworks and experimentation roadmaps
- Leveraging AI, automation and smarter systems to improve performance
- Turning data into commercial recommendations and actionable insights
What we're looking for
- Strong experience leading Paid Search or Paid Social programs
- Agency experience preferred
- Ability to connect media performance to business outcomes
- Comfortable presenting recommendations and challenging thinking when needed
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of growth and acquisition
- Curious, proactive and solutions-oriented
- Excited by AI, automation and modern marketing
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and ownership
