Position Summary
Hustle Notice Biz is hiring a Marketing Data Analyst across its staffing, recruiting, business development, marketing, communications, event support, and client service. As the Marketing Data Analyst, you will analyze campaign, channel, audience, CRM, and conversion data and turn it into clear marketing insights. The position is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
What You'll Own
- Collect, clean, and validate marketing data from advertising, web analytics, CRM, email, social, and campaign sources in the Marketing Data Analyst role at Hustle Notice Biz.
- Build and maintain dashboards or recurring reports for spend, traffic, leads, conversion, engagement, and other agreed KPIs as part of the Marketing Data Analyst role at Hustle Notice Biz.
- Investigate tracking gaps, unusual changes, missing values, duplicates, and inconsistencies before publishing results across recruiting, client, and business services in this Marketing Data Analyst position.
- Analyze channel, campaign, audience, funnel, or creative performance and identify meaningful trends and exceptions for the Hustle Notice Biz team as part of Marketing Data Analyst work.
- Translate findings into clear summaries that help marketing teams understand performance and prioritize follow-up actions while supporting recruiting, client, and business services in the Marketing Data Analyst role at Hustle Notice Biz.
- Maintain metric definitions, filters, source notes, and reporting logic so analysis remains consistent and reproducible as part of day-to-day Marketing Data Analyst responsibilities at Hustle Notice Biz.
- Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills; experience with SQL, BI, web analytics, or marketing platforms is helpful for the Marketing Data Analyst opening at Hustle Notice Biz.
- Comfort working with campaign, CRM, audience, traffic, and conversion data from multiple sources.
- Ability to validate calculations and explain analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and disciplined documentation habits.
- Understanding of common digital-marketing metrics and funnel concepts is preferred.
