Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Coach at MantraCare. Responsibilities include assessing individual and team wellness needs, providing personalized wellness guidance, and delivering coaching sessions focused on mental, emotional, and professional development. The Coach will also develop and implement strategies for stress management, work-life balance, and employee engagement initiatives. Collaboration with other team members and ongoing communication will be vital to ensure holistic employee support.

Qualifications

• Coaching or mentoring experience, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of mental health and emotional wellbeing principles
• Experience in providing training or workshops on stress management and work-life balance
• Ability to use online tools and platforms for remote coaching
• Strong organizational and adaptability skills to meet diverse employee needs
• A certification in coaching, counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies is a plus
