About The Role

This is a remote position based in Chicago, IL, and offers an exciting opportunity to join Hilton's Americas Marketing team as an Analyst specializing in Hotel Level Marketing Agency Solutions. Reporting directly to the Manager of Hotel Level Marketing Agency Solutions, this role is integral to Hilton’s broader Commercial Services organization. The analyst will collaborate closely with revenue management, sales, and analytics teams to drive profitable growth through innovative marketing strategies. The primary focus is managing a portfolio of hotels, developing tailored paid media campaigns, and optimizing multi-channel marketing efforts to enhance hotel engagement and commercial performance. This strategic role blends creativity, digital marketing expertise, and data-driven decision-making to support Hilton’s transformation into a performance-oriented marketing powerhouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid search, paid social, and metasearch campaigns, providing strategic recommendations, and serving as the key liaison between hotels, agency partners, and enterprise teams. This position offers a unique chance to influence Hilton’s marketing initiatives and contribute to its ongoing success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in paid media advertising
  • Proficiency in Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms, including campaign strategy and optimization across Search, Display, and Video
  • Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance measurement
  • Ability to analyze and translate performance data into actionable insights
  • Experience working within Salesforce and Adobe Analytics is a plus
  • Professional certifications from Google and Meta are preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in marketing or media agency environments, including account management roles (preferred)
  • Located in or willing to relocate to the Chicago, IL area
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% as required

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of hotel clients, serving as a trusted marketing advisor and developing customized paid media strategies to meet individual hotel goals
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid social, and metasearch initiatives
  • Provide budget recommendations and investment strategies based on performance analytics and market insights
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement adjustments to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with hotel teams, agency partners, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and campaign success
  • Present campaign performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to hotel partners and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities for program innovation and evolution based on hotel needs and industry trends
  • Support the development of new marketing initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of Hilton’s marketing programs
