This is a remote position.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define requirements, and help deliver effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop practical solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Monitor project progress and support the implementation of business improvements.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different stakeholders.


Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis or reporting tools.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of business process modelling and improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations.
