📍 Location: 100% remote (Possibility of working in Warsaw for 1 or 2 weeks)

Rate: Up to 95 PLN/hour (B2B contract)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of a centralized digital platform operations center for our European Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming requests are efficiently routed, tracked, and delivered through our Center of Excellence (CoE) teams. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and high-quality outcomes across multiple digital workstreams.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement detailed project plans to manage local market requests through centralized operations teams.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals across various digital initiatives.

Performance Monitoring

• Provide clear reporting on completed and ongoing work at the subsidiary level.
• Manage the Voice of Customer (VOC) process related to SLA breaches and ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, tech) to drive alignment and efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and progress.
• Coordinate with local subsidiaries to ensure prioritization and planning are in sync.

Timeline Management

• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet expectations from global, regional, and local stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays.

Qualifications & ExperienceRequired:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital platform operations or digital services.
• Strong knowledge of Kanban methodology, SLA reporting, and project planning tools.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is essential.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and SAP Hybris is a strong plus.
