Your new role

As a senior member of the AI function, you will be responsible for delivering complex AI and machine learning solutions from research through to production. The position offers exposure to a wide variety of projects and the opportunity to influence both technical direction and business outcomes.
Responsibilities are likely to include:

• Delivering end-to-end AI and machine learning projects
• Building and deploying production-grade AI solutions
• Working across Data Engineering, Machine Learning and AI platforms
• Partnering with stakeholders to solve complex business problems
• Supporting the growth and development of AI capability within the organisation
• Contributing to technical strategy and innovation initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering and Data Engineering
• Demonstrated ability to take AI solutions from research and proof-of-concept into production
• Experience working on complex AI, machine learning or computer vision problems
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Previous experience leading teams, mentoring engineers or driving project delivery
• Commercially minded approach with the ability to balance innovation and business outcomes
• Experience operating within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
• Ability to influence technical direction and contribute to scaling AI capability across an organisation.
