Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Lettings Administrator. Responsibilities include managing property listings, overseeing tenancy agreements, liaising with clients and tenants, responding to inquiries, and providing day-to-day administrative support for the lettings team. The role requires proactive communication and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations in line with company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Property Management and Lettings
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with relevant property management systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
