We are a specialized advisory firm that values commercial judgment over theoretical reports. Our clients, which include chief executives and sovereign entities, rely on us because we understand the logic of the markets where they operate. We do not provide generic advice from a distant head office: we focus on what is happening on the ground right now. Because our partners stay involved from the start to the finish of every project, you will have the chance to learn how senior leaders think and how they use information to reach a settlement. We maintain a small book of active engagements by design. This ensures that every member of the team, including our assistants, is working on something that truly matters. Our culture is direct and honest. We expect you to speak up if the data shows something different from what we expected. At Gulf Associates, we are measured by the success of our clients, whether that means a successful launch or a strategic withdrawal from a risky partnership.
