Project Manager - Fast Paced - Remote

We are partnering with a fast-growing digital consultancy seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the delivery of cutting-edge AI, automation, and bespoke digital solutions.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment, ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, momentum, and delivering real impact.

The Role

You will manage multiple concurrent projects (typically 3–6 month delivery cycles), ensuring smooth execution from initiation through to delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously across digital, AI, and automation initiatives
• Delivering projects using a hybrid Agile approach (Scrum + traditional PM controls)
• Owning timelines, risks, budgets, and key delivery milestones
• Acting as the key link between clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams
• Driving projects forward with clear, decisive, and practical decision-making

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Strong Project Management and Agile delivery background
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Exposure to digital, AI, or automation projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
