Now, we're scaling our reach and we need a strategic, creatively-driven Paid Social Manager to help us amplify our mission across borders and languages.

Why this role matters

  • You’ll take the lead in transforming scrolls into conversions—raising awareness and driving engagement for people seeking gender-affirming care.
  • You’ll shape campaigns in regulated spaces (healthcare, telemedicine, youth clinics) ensuring every message is thoughtful, compliant and impactful.

What you’ll be doing

  • Craft international paid social strategies (Meta, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) working across diverse languages and regions.
  • Build and launch high-impact campaigns tailored to segmented audiences (by age, language, location).
  • Optimise constantly against KPIs like CTR, CPA, cost per acquisition, and ROAS looping in A/B testing and budget tweaks.
  • Collaborate with translators, designers, and local partners to create culturally sensitive, polished creatives and copy.
  • Ensure compliance at every step, adhering to healthcare regulations (GDPR, online prescribing, youth-focused campaigns) and working closely with our legal and compliance teams.
  • Report & present insights to leaders, offering clear metrics and actionable recommendations weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

Who you are

  • You’ve got 3+ years experience managing paid social in international, multilingual settings—bonus if it’s in regulated categories like healthcare or finance.
  • You live in ad platforms; Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc. and sleep with CPCs, CTRs, and ROAS in your dreams.
  • You’re both an analyst and a storyteller able to unearth trends in data, and translate them into compelling ad narratives.
  • You care about inclusion, nuance, and global best-practice you’ve worked across languages, cultures, and time zones.
  • You’re meticulous about compliance you know how to run campaigns in regulated industries without losing creative spark.

Nice-to-haves

  • Direct experience in gender-affirming care, telehealth, or youth healthcare advertising.
  • Fluency in 1+ additional language (Spanish, Portuguese ... or American English :D etc.).
  • Familiarity with translation/localisation tools and workflows.
