This role reports to the Senior Director of Merchandising.

As Studio Designer, You Will:

  • Design Gallery Wall frame selections and spatial layout compositions in Figma that meet Framebridge brand and merchandising standards — serving as the primary graphic design resource for the Gallery Wall service across retail and digital channels globally.
  • Produce polished, production-ready design mockups and precisely-scaled layout configurations in Figma for customer review, curating options that reflect the customer's style, space, and Framebridge's design standards with a high degree of visual craft.
  • Partner closely with Retail and Digital teams as an internal design consultant — integrating feedback and customer input into revised designs quickly and accurately, maintaining clear, professional communication throughout each project.
  • Maintain deep expertise in Framebridge's frame and product assortment, trending material combinations, spatial layout principles, and brand design standards — ensuring every Gallery Wall design is cohesive, shoppable, and brand-right.
  • Craft on-brand customer-facing communications detailing how feedback was incorporated into each round of design.
  • Manage your design workload in compliance with defined processes and SLAs, moving each project efficiently through concepting, mockup preparation, feedback integration, and final delivery.
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of design templates, workflows, and standards that make the Gallery Wall service scalable across a growing global store fleet and digital presence.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of professional interior design experience — with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual composition, spatial thinking, and brand-aligned design. Advanced proficiency in Figma and comfort working within defined brand systems to produce design output that is both beautiful and technically precise.
  • Figma is your primary tool — you build clean, organized, production-ready files and can work at speed without sacrificing craft. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and interior design software is a plus.
  • You think spatially — you understand how graphic design elements translate to physical environments, and you bring that sensibility to every layout you create.
  • You are a self-starter — you manage your design queue independently, meet SLAs without being prompted, and bring a designer's eye to every deliverable before anyone has to ask.
  • You are an exceptional communicator — you translate design decisions clearly to non-designers, receive feedback constructively, and keep partners informed without creating unnecessary back-and-forth.
  • You are detail-oriented and process-driven — you follow defined design workflows with consistency and understand that precision at every step is what makes a service scalable and trustworthy.
  • You are globally minded — you understand that this role supports brand environments across multiple markets and brings a thoughtful, brand-consistent approach to every design decision.
