About the Opportunity

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the delivery of mission-critical data centre projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering some of the most technically complex and high-value projects within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of hyperscale and colocation data centre projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, procurement activities, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including design consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Oversee data hall build-outs and critical infrastructure installations, including MEP systems.
• Drive programme execution while ensuring safety, quality, and commercial objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project performance and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and programme challenges.
• Manage change control processes and maintain accurate project reporting.
• Support commissioning activities and ensure a smooth transition through handover and project closeout.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering hyperscale and/or colocation data centre projects.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale data hall build-outs and mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure including electrical, mechanical, cooling, power distribution, and commissioning processes.
• Experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and schedules.
• Ability to work within fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Experience working with leading hyperscale operators, colocation providers, general contractors, or mission-critical construction firms.
