We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Typist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems with accuracy and efficiency. You should have excellent typing skills and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems accurately and quickly.

Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.

Organize and manage files, records, and documents.

Assist in preparing reports or summaries from data as needed.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data is entered and updated in a timely manner.

Perform other administrative tasks related to data management as assigned.
Requirements Requirements:

Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles (preferred but not required).

Proficient typing skills (minimum 40-50 words per minute).

Familiarity with data entry software and tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or other database systems).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Basic understanding of office equipment (e.g., computers, printers).

Good communication skills and responsiveness in a remote team environment.

High school diploma or equivalent
