Position Overview
This role is part of an international project focused on the implementation of a Talent Acquisition solution. It includes responsibilities spanning analysis, configuration, testing, support, and ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in implementation workshops with internal stakeholders and the solution provider;
- Assist in gathering and validating business requirements, ensuring alignment with the new solution;
- Support the configuration of the solution and contribute to design workshops;
- Help develop the testing strategy and assist with data migration from the legacy system;
- Monitor project and entity-level deliverables, including data conversion and integration needs;
- Create user documentation and how-to guides;
- Coordinate and support Train-the-Trainer and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities;
- Collaborate with the Product Owner on roll-in kits for future entity migrations;
- Contribute to the definition of post-Go-live procedures and the post-Go-live service catalog;
- Maintain all relevant project documentation in line with internal standards (configuration workbooks, traceability matrices, etc.);
- Work closely with integration teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented;
- Support data migration, testing phases, and Go-live preparation;
- Assist in defining the standard service catalog to support future enhancements;
- Develop dashboards and reports to track project progress;
- Manage tickets related to BAU (Business as Usual) support for HR solutions;
- Maintain and document development requests according to quality processes and shared portal standards;
- Organize and participate in weekly and monthly stakeholder meetings;
- Attend Steering Committee meetings and support ongoing reporting needs (dashboards, KPIs, etc.);
- Perform security reviews of user access (biannual, initiated by Security Manager);
- Manage incidents, conduct analysis and resolution (debug/data patch), and deliver entity-specific solutions;
- Handle user roles and access rights management;
- Respond to information requests, guide users in performing tasks, and provide solutions (excluding cost estimations);
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems and communicate preventive processes to support teams;
- Support Level 1 and 2 teams with complex issues or escalations;
- Track and document the evolution of support activities and backlog updates;
- Generate indicators and dashboards to monitor ticket volume and resolution metrics for monthly reviews.
Required Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Service Support Analyst, or similar role;
- Previous involvement in HRIS implementations, particularly in international environments;
- Familiarity with Talent Acquisition systems such as ATS and Candidate Relationship Management platforms;
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and test planning/execution;
- Strong background in HR technology and successful participation in HRIS projects;
- Skilled in producing and maintaining solution documentation in accordance with project standards;
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
