About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced digital-first interactive designer to join our team on a one-year contract basis, with the potential for extension. This role is remote within the US, requiring the candidate to work primarily on PST hours. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience working in an advertising agency or brand environment, demonstrating a strong portfolio of digital design projects. The designer will be responsible for creating engaging, responsive, and user-centric digital experiences across various platforms, including emails, web banners, websites, social media, and mobile applications. The role demands a detail-oriented, efficient professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma as the primary design software.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices across multiple digital mediums.
- At least 5 years of experience working within an advertising agency or brand setting.
- Ability to translate brand standards into compelling digital designs.
- Experience building clickable prototypes for user testing and stakeholder presentations.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Motion graphics or animation experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and stakeholders.
- Design and develop prototypes that incorporate modern design patterns and adhere to industry best practices across various digital platforms.
- Create responsive layouts that adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices.
- Problem-solve design challenges by applying current trends and innovative solutions.
