You will manage project lifecycles, mitigate cross-functional risks, and optimize delivery workflows using modern agile methodologies and tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional software engineering initiatives using Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and cross-team dependency mapping
- Identify technical roadblocks and architectural risks early, driving proactive mitigation with engineering leads
- Track project velocity, burn-down metrics, and milestone progress to ensure predictable and timely releases
- Manage stakeholder communication across product, engineering, and executive leadership to align on scope and trade-offs
- Establish standard operating procedures for release management and continuous delivery pipelines
- 4-7 years of technical project or program management experience within software engineering environments
- Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies; PMP or CSM certification is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with engineering project management tools like Jira, GitHub Projects, and Notion
- Exceptional technical literacy with the ability to translate complex architectural concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field
- Bonus: Experience managing remote engineering teams and familiarity with CI/CD deployment pipelines
