Travel Customer Support Representative

Evermore Travel LLC is hiring for the Travel Customer Support Representative position. This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The role focuses on travel planning, reservation support, itinerary accuracy, traveler communication, and dependable follow-through using web-based systems.

The work supports tailor-made vacations, romantic trips, group travel, luxury and boutique stays, and cultural travel experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel requests, reservation details, itinerary updates, and customer follow-up using approved online systems.
• Maintain accurate traveler preferences, booking records, supplier confirmations, dates, and schedule changes.
• Research and organize travel options so customers and internal teams can make informed decisions.
• Communicate confirmations, changes, documentation needs, and next steps by email, phone, chat, or approved messaging tools.
• Resolve routine booking or service issues remotely and document actions, outcomes, and escalation needs.

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
