IT Solutions Project Manager - Supply Chain Planning Systems

Role Description

The IT TGO Solutions Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that support the implementation and optimization of advanced Supply Chain planning systems and related tools & technologies. The role ensures successful project delivery by coordinating stakeholders across IT and business functions within a matrix organization. This position drives project execution, manages timelines, risks, and dependencies, and ensures clear and effective communication with key stakeholders. The Project Manager will also support system integrations and data flows between enterprise platforms, aligning business requirements with technical solutions to enable efficient processes and the successful adoption of advanced analytics technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring delivery within tight timelines and competing priorities
• Engage with leadership and key stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and strategic implications clearly and confidently
• Drive project execution by influencing and coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions without direct reporting lines
• Facilitate alignment between IT and business teams to ensure smooth implementation of systems and process improvements
• Manage project governance, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies while proactively mitigating risks and resolving blockers
• Coordinate system integrations and data flows between enterprise platforms, including understanding of APIs, interfaces, and integration requirements
• Support the implementation and optimization of Supply Chain planning advanced technologies and processes

Education and Skill-set Required

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders without formal authority
• 5-6 years of experience in Product management or Project Management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives
• Strong ability to drive execution and accountability across teams in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
• Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise application interfaces
• Experience working with Data and AI technologies, including AI-driven solutions and AI agents, is an advantage
• Experience with Supply Chain planningprocesses and platforms (preferably Procurement SaaS Solutions) is an advantage
• Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and resilient under pressure
• Results driven and service oriented to internal and external customers
