Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Property Sourcer. The Property Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and sourcing new property investment opportunities that align with our client briefs. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, analysing property values, negotiating with property agents, and managing data for potential property purchases. The Property Sourcer will also maintain relationships with agents and stay updated on market trends. You will be a whiz with learning CRM systems and quick to problem solve indepemdantly.

Qualifications

• Experience in market research and property value analysis
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage databases and maintain accurate records
• Excellent relationship-building and networking capabilities
• Proficiency in real estate software tools and applications
• Knowledge of current market trends and property regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field - not mandatory but favourable
• Previous experience in property sourcing or real estate investment is a plus
• Real Estate Licence (minimum Class II) can operate under directors Class I
