We're supporting a fast-moving AI software start-up in securing a Interim IT Project Manager for an exciting and high-profile engagement.

The Role

You'll be the principal point of contact between the start-up and their prospective client's project function - visible, named in the bid, and presenting as part of the delivery team when presentations take place. If the bid is won, you'll own delivery oversight of the implementation.

Alongside bid activity, you'll provide support to an ISO 9001 implementation workstream running in parallel.

What We're Looking For

• IT/technology PM with software implementation experience

• Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level

• Polished communicator - you'll be front-facing in a high-stakes context from day one

• Financial services or regulated industry background is a plus, not a prerequisite

• ISO 9001 familiarity is advantageous

• Vendor/supplier-side delivery experience preferred

• Must be available immediatelyContract Details

• Mainly remote with opportunity to meet team where necessary

• Duration: Immediate start through to 11th May 2026

• Day rate: Competitive
