Customer Service Associate (Seasonal | Remote)$15.00/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM ET

Remote role — ELIGIBLE states: AL, DE, GA, KY, MD, MI, NC, NE, OH, PA, TN, VA Candidates MUST maintain a primary work location in one of these states.

This is a high-volume call center role with constant inbound calls for most of your shift.

• Seasonal/temporary position
• You will be on the phone the majority of your day
• Remote (on-shore only) — reliable internet required + backup connection (hotspot and alternate location)What You’ll Do

• Handle back-to-back inbound calls from customers
• Assist with loan applications and documentation
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Follow structured workflows and log all interactions accurately

• You can stay focused and professional during repetitive, high-volume work
• You manage time well and don’t fall behind when call volume spikes

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 2+ years inbound call center experience
• 1+ year financial services experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Remote role — eligible states: AL, DE, GA, KY, MD, MI, NC, NE, OH, PA, TN, VA Candidates must maintain a primary work location in one of these states.

Technical Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet
• Backup connection required (hotspot or alternate workspace)
• Personal laptop for training (equipment provided after)
