  • You’re digitally capable or open to developing confidence with online tools, platforms, and AI
  • You prioritise personal growth, innovation, and work that aligns with your purpose.
  • You’re committed to elevating others, and mindset growth is embedded in your daily practices
  • You’re exploring flexible or portfolio-style career paths with room to grow
  • You've had exposure to business development, sales, or growth targets
