Junior Analyst
Élan partners with the world's foremost private equity companies and legal service organizations to provide leading consulting services such as media, creative, lead intake, data science, investments, and technology implementation. We focus on growing businesses through brand development and lead generation, with a specialization in the legal industry.
Responsibilities
The Junior Analyst will support Élan’s analytics, media, and operations teams by tracking, auditing, analyzing, and reporting platform and client lead data. With direction from Élan’s Director of Analytics, they will work with our media partners to track and improve ROI efficiency for Élan and our clients. Additionally, they will assist in the creation of predictive result models, benchmark tracking, and other proprietary asset development. The ideal candidate for this role thinks proactively and is resourceful.
- Build client-facing campaign reports with a full campaign analysis using standard reporting tools like Google Looker Studio and Google Analytics
- Assist in Tagging and tracking media campaigns
- Assist in the development of proprietary analytical tools
- Manage and create offline conversion imports into Google Ads utilizing Zapier
- Conduct lead, platform, and intake analyses utilizing client data
- Stay-up-to-date on industry trends and tools to ensure clients are leveraging the latest products and technologies
- Perform marketing research and audits for prospective business
- Assist in lead forecasts
- Track leads for reporting
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of analytics or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
- Willingness to learn marketing/advertising with a focus on analytics
- Passion for technology, marketing and its influence on consumer behavior
- Strong communication, project management, time management and analytical skills required
- Detail-oriented, very organized, a multi-tasker and able to work well under pressure
- Collaborative working style, team oriented; brings professionalism and business acumen in all aspects of your work
- The self-motivation to complete multiple tasks and projects on time
- Experience with Google Looker Studio, BigQuery, or RStudio preferred
This is a fully remote position and is limited to candidates residing in the following states: MN, MA, MT, NJ, IL, NC, OH, OK, TN, WA, and FL.
