Essential Job Functions

• Support the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, assisting with specific projects and tasks
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the efficient execution of HR services and tasks
• Assist in HR policy development and provide guidance to employees
• Contribute to talent acquisition and development efforts
• Address basic employee relations matters and assist with conflict resolution
• Support HR leaders with special projects and tasks
• Maintain and update HR records and reports as needed
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and external partners on various activities

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in HR strategy and program development
• Proficiency in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• A dedication to ongoing learning and keeping up with industry trends

Other Qualifications

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as aPHR or SHRM-CP, are a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
