I’m hiring for a big role at Dr. Woof:

Head of Wholesale & Retail Partnerships - Australia

Dr. Woof is one of Australia’s fastest-growing homegrown healthcare apparel brands.

We’ve built a strong DTC engine, but our wholesale/retail channel is still extremely underbuilt.

The truth is: we do not yet have a proper wholesale program.

No perfect system. No mature department. No polished retail machine.

That’s what this role is for.

I’m looking for someone who can take our early momentum and build it into a real channel.

This person will need to:

• Clean up our current wholesale setup
• Manage and grow existing retail/wholesale accounts
• Build a repeatable wholesale program
• Create structure around pricing, onboarding, reorders, outreach, and account management
• Open new retail doors across Australia
• Think strategically about pharmacies, specialty retail, brokers, distributors, and key accounts
• Protect the brand while growing the channel

This is not a “sit in meetings and manage a mature team” role.

It is a builder role.

You should be comfortable doing the dirty work yourself, outreach, follow-ups, account calls, messy spreadsheets, CRM cleanup, catalogue improvement, buyer conversations, reorder chasing, and figuring things out when the playbook does not exist yet.

The right person probably has experience in one or more of:

• Wholesale sales
• Pharmacy channel sales
• Consumer goods retail
• Apparel/accessories wholesale
• Beauty/wellness/lifestyle brand wholesale
• Healthcare-adjacent retail partnerships
• Building a retail channel for a fast-growing brand

The wrong person is someone who only wants to manage an existing machine.

We need someone who can build the machine.

Salary: AUD $200k–$260k + super + performance bonus. Flexible for an exceptional candidate.
