_Our client in the health CPG space is hiring a Creative Strategist!_About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Strategist with expertise in Paid Media to support the strategy, ideation, and execution of compelling ad creative that resonates with target audiences and delivers exceptional performance across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy Development: Develop and own the creative strategy for paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), aligning with broader brand goals. Stay ahead of paid media trends, algorithm updates, and consumer behavior to create high-performing ad strategies. Conceptualize and test creative hypotheses informed by data and audience insights.
- Collaboration & Creative Execution: Partner closely with designers, videographers, and copywriters to deliver high-quality creative assets, including videos, static ads, carousels, and UGC. Provide clear creative briefs with data-backed recommendations to guide the production team. Champion a strong feedback loop between creative teams and performance data to refine concepts over time.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Work with media buyers to analyze creative performance to identify winning trends, themes, and visuals; ensure key learnings inform future campaigns. Collaborate with teammates to implement A/B testing and iterate on creative variations. Monitor competitor trends and benchmarks to identify creative opportunities in the market.
- Platform Expertise: Understand platform-specific nuances and best practices, including ad formats, aspect ratios, and user behavior. Drive ad creative innovation on emerging platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a creative strategist, with a strong copywriting background.
- Proven track record of developing and scaling creative concepts that drive measurable results.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate ideas that convert.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), eCommerce, or high-growth startups.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or third-party dashboards.
- Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams (designers, videographers, copywriters).
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROAS, CPA) and how creative impacts them.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and how creative can align with various customer journeys.
- Strong storytelling and ideation skills, with a keen eye for design and copy.
