šļøIntegration ManageršRemote with travel to Reading a few times per month - You will have Friday afternoons off.āPermanent (37 hours per week)š·Ā£55,000 - Ā£60,000 per annumšSC or willing to undergoOur client is looking for an experienced Integration Manager who can lead teams, projects and develop integration strategies and plans.You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the process for integrating systems, software and hardware for MOD projects.The Key Responsibilities of an Integration Manager:
- Manage the integration and delivery of complex devices, consisting of hardware and software components.
- Manage multiple stakeholders from suppliers to the customer and end-users within UK MOD.
- Develop and execute an Integration Strategy and comprehensive Integration Plans.
- Ensure that integration considers Secure by Design and Configuration Management principles.
- Define the Integration Strategy and Plans including priorities, timelines, and milestones aligned with the overall projectās Integrated Management Schedule (IMS).
- Oversee the integration of the devices from early within the development life cycle through delivery to handover.
- Act as the SME and point of contact on the integration, delivery and hand over of the devices to support project requirements.
Below is a list of Key Skills required for the Integration Manager role, however you will not be expected to have everything:
- Experience within an Integration role and then project and people management experience.
- Defence/Military working knowledge would be beneficial.
- Background experience of working in a hardware development and/or ITEA.
- A knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle and ITIL functions, principles and processes.
- Proven track record in the implementation, delivery, handover and maintenance of complex IT systems in secure environments.
- Recent practical experience of successfully integrating complex COTS products.
- Experience working across all security classifications and delivery of solutions delivered through the Secure by design principles.
- Configuration management processes and systems.
- Knowledge of the Defence System Approach to Training (DSAT) and/or working with a Site Co-ordinating Installation Design Authority (SCIDA) would be beneficial.
