• Examine performance metrics from student reading and writing activities — including Reel engagement data, MAP assessment scores, and evaluation outcomes — leveraging AI processes and LLM orchestrations to pinpoint learning deficiencies and create focused interventions. • Developing AI-enhanced instruments that respond to diverse learning preferences, transforming grammar instruction into something instinctive, vocabulary acquisition into an engaging pursuit, and literary interpretation into an attainable skill for learners across all proficiency levels.
• Constructing flexible learning sequences that adjust continuously, shepherding students from foundational phonics through the interpretation of sophisticated texts, guaranteeing each individual advances at the most effective rate.

Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities Drive accelerated mastery of English and Language Arts content across all educational levels, achieving twice the learning velocity of conventional teaching methods. Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
