Job Summary We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner ( Sr HRBP) to serve as a change agent and talent manager, partnering with employees and management to enable business growth and drive performance. The position serves as a primary contact for internal clients in a designated region, representing the HR function and promoting HR services and solutions in the organization. The Sr HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates these needs proactively and develops integrated solutions. The Sr HRBP demonstrates strong business acumen and an effective understanding of assigned account’s talent needs, growth goals, financial position, organization effectiveness, and the culture. Job Responsibilities
- Identifies talent needs and fosters Crossover’s culture in partnership with site leadership teams.
- Shares business objectives with the Dyad leadership team, incorporating HR goals into the agenda.
- Leads change management projects to accelerate business growth, increase employee engagement, productivity, and develop talent.
- Leads talent process deployment through effective workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Participates in candidate selection while supporting diversity and inclusion goals. Partners with HR COEs to develop offers for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Identifies and delivers effective training and coaching solutions. Participates in evaluating and monitoring training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training programs are effectively implemented and training objectives are met.
- Analyzes people trends and metrics, in partnership with HR COEs, in order to deliver relevant HR plans, solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Acts as an advisor for employees and management in identifying solutions.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with legal as needed/required.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years experience working as an HRBP or senior-level HR generalist with direct experience handling multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organization assessment, employee relations, diversity/inclusion, performance management, hiring, and employment law.
- BA or BS in Human Resources Management or business management.
- SPHR Certification

- Healthcare Industry experience, preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization - energized by managing multiple priorities and enabling business growth.
- Strong consultation and facilitation skills.
- Self-assured yet humble, results-oriented, and flexible to adapt as needed.
Physical Job Requirements
- May require standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time.
- Travels 15-25% of the time to assigned accounts in the region
- Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Includes full range of body motion including potential of handling and lifting patients.
- Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
The base pay range for this position is $133,387.00 to $173,403 per year. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401K.
