• Architect overarching systems for AI-driven automation that address complex software development challenges, including architecture generation, dependency management, and advanced predictive coding capabilities.
• Immerse yourself in the latest AI and software engineering advancements through R&D participation, conference attendance, and active engagement with academic and professional networks. We require early awareness and adoption of emerging AI technologies.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Routine Code Maintenance: Performing regular updates or debugging of existing code to address minor issues or incremental functionality improvements.
• Standard Software Development: Executing basic coding or development tasks that involve implementing straightforward features without AI integration.

AI Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Apply your engineering expertise to achieve substantial gains in development speed, error reduction, and code quality, thereby accelerating time-to-market for software products and elevating customer satisfaction.

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-stack software developer (must include both front-end and back-end coding proficiency)
• Extensive hands-on experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Generative AI products/projects/solutions/tools
• Demonstrated experience using different LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges
• Clear understanding of when and why to select specific LLM models for different use cases
• Demonstrated understanding and practical application of the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
