Lifestyle & Wellness Coach | $80/hr Remote

Position: Recreational Therapist Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $60–$80/hour Location: Remote Commitment: Part-time, long-term (minimum 15 hours/week) Role Responsibilities

• Design recreational therapy–focused questions based on real-world professional experience
• Create and refine structured therapeutic activity scenarios for AI training and evaluation
• Apply principles of therapeutic recreation, adaptive programming, and functional goal-setting
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams to improve content accuracy
• Contribute to a long-term AI research initiative with ongoing deliverables

Requirements

• Strong full-time professional experience as a Recreational Therapist
• Strong therapeutic reasoning and written communication skills
• Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
