The HR Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of HR programs and processes.
Responsibilities
- General HR Administration
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on general HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare, process, and maintain HR documentation, including personnel files, records, and correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination of HR programs and initiatives across the organization.
- Support performance management administration, including tracking timelines for goal setting, reviews, and calibration.
- Help ensure documentation, reporting, and case management practices remain complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Onboarding & New Hire Support
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and Sourcing Recruiter to process background checks and pre-employment screenings for new hires.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics, including paperwork, system setup, and first-day preparation.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support the delivery of onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring new hires are integrated successfully.
- Training & Communications Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for company-wide training programs, including scheduling, materials, venue/virtual platform setup, and attendee tracking.
- Arrange and manage travel logistics associated with company-wide training events.
- Produce the company newsletter, gathering content, coordinating contributions from stakeholders, and distributing on a regular schedule.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Support adherence to employment laws, internal policies, and diversity goals throughout HR processes.
- Assist in tracking and reporting HR metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
- Remote Work Expectations
- Maintain a professional and productive home office environment.
- Ensure reliable internet connectivity and proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, ATS platforms).
- Demonstrate strong time management and self-discipline to meet deadlines and KPIs.
- Be available during core business hours and responsive to team communications.
- Travel to Dallas quarterly for team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 0 - 1 year of experience in an HR administrative, coordinator, or generalist support role.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms, personnel file management, and general office administration.
- Experience supporting onboarding, orientation, or new hire processing, preferred.
- Familiarity with coordinating training logistics and/or internal communications, preferred.
- Strong written communication skills, with experience producing newsletters or internal communications a plus.

Pay range and compensation package
$53,000 - $60,000 per year
